11月16日，WTO发布“中华人民共和国关于食品中农药最大残留限量标准”征求意见，意见征询截止日期为2018年1月15日。本标准包括122种农药在生乳、蛋类、奶（羊、山羊、绵羊）、谷物、蔬菜、水果等多种食品类别中的最大残留限量。

The scientific methodology adopted to establish MRLs in China is consistent with international common practice. Members set MRLs in accordance with the good agricultural practice (GAP), which is applicable to their respective conditions. Since the pests and environmental factors vary in different producing regions and members, they may choose different use-patterns of pesticides. Therefore, Chinese MRLs for pesticides in foods may differ from Codex standards.
